have never been osososososososo busy..... I feel like dying now... damn freaking tired..........

My sleeping day today, hope to get my own things done ltr in the day... tat provides I can wake up... arghh...

no beds... 75 patients waiting... over 22 hrs alrdy.... I think itz madness... Our workload is damn heavy.... lousy workflow...
